This book has recently become hugely popular. More than a little racy, it seems to be the kind of book that people either love or hate. This is definitely an adult book.

The story of a thirteen year old, Jubie, and her trip to Florida with her family and black maid, Mary Luther during the 1950's. It deals with issues of race and segregation and growing up.

A humorous take on the Apocalypse, written by two of the greatest fantasy writers of our time.

Based on an actual village in England, this book tells the story of Anna, who faces death and love in the time of the Black Plague.
For some reason, the Goodreads page for 50 Shades of Grey has gone MIA. Sorry for anyone who's been trying to access it, but it's a problem with Goodreads as far as I can tell.
